Pricing information

Any cost figures on this website are typical ranges taken from published national data and are labeled as such. They are not our prices. Your price is quoted after diagnosis and before work begins, and you decide whether to proceed.

Telephone contact and consent

By calling us, you agree that we may use the number you call from, and any number you give us, to contact you about your service request, including scheduling, arrival updates and follow-up. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where permitted by law.

Call handling and forwarding

Duval Appliance answers and books service calls around the clock. On a day when every technician is already committed, or when a call comes in that we cannot reach quickly enough, we may forward the call to another trusted local appliance repair provider so you still receive help. A provider who receives a forwarded call sets its own availability and pricing and is responsible for its own work. You should always confirm licensing and insurance with any provider before work begins.

Appointments and access

Appointment windows are estimates. You agree to provide safe access to the appliance and to tell us about hazards, pets and access instructions. If a visit cannot proceed because of access problems, a new appointment may be needed.

Gas and safety

If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility before calling us. We may decline or stop work on any appliance or connection we consider unsafe.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including food loss, arising from an appliance failure. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
